Use as little or as much as you want
The prerequisite is a group booking, not necessarily the whole estate - all the courtyard cottages plus the Carpa dining room as one configuration, for example.
Exclusive hire
Hire part or all of the estate for your group - a configuration of cottages and a space, up to the whole estate (the main family home aside).
This is the high-value line, and the term used across the site.
Sleeping the whole party
The estate sleeps 52, with a neighbouring house off-island for an additional 50 within walking distance; further rooms in local hotels and B&Bs a 5-10 minute drive away - overflow the team helps manage.
